The career Counselling Enables the students after 10th and 12th, to cope with the change and challenges in life by a careful and proper career planning covering both the domains of education and employment. It enables persons/seekers to resolve the psychological and personal problems in achieving the long term goals in life Career counselling helps individuals to realize their roles and responsibilities on their own to adjust and adopt themselves in accordance with their strengths to the changing technology and processes. The career counselling makes a person to have lots of different ideas about their future and to find the most appropriate career path out of all the options available. In brief career counselling addresses the following issue systematically and finally empowers the individual in taking a right career decision.

Teachers Training

The Multiple Intelligence theory suggests that no one set of teaching strategies will work best for all students at all times. All children have different proclivities in the seven intelligences, so any particular strategy is likely to be successful with several students, and yet, not for others. Because of these individual differences among students, teachers are best advised to use a broad range of teaching strategies with their students. As long as instructors shift their intelligence emphasis from presentation to presentation, there will always be a time during the period or day when a student has his or her own highly developed intelligence(s) actively involved in learning.

Mnemonics

We believe that we have a limited memory and can store only a certain amount of data and that those who are doing better are exceptionally gifted people or are born geniuses. Truth is, they are using more than one faculty to memorize things whilst we may be using just one. The capacity of human brain in terms of computer storage is 2 Quintillion bits or in other words 200 CroreGigaBytes. Simply put, if our brain were a video recorder recording every video and sound, then for the memory to be completely full, the video camera would have to run for 300 years. The problem is not with the memory. The problem is with the storage system, or the indexing system of the brain which we hardly ever train. Although the information is very much there, due to our negligence of not labeling it properly before storing, we are not able to recall. With the help of Mnemonics as a tool, the students who have to memorize large amounts of data, long answers, formulae, history dates just to name a few. The recall time using the technique of Mnemonics is reduced by half hence leaving the student a lot of time to cover extra topics and prepare additional things for the same exam. With Mnemonics it would take about 2 and half minutes to memorize a 50 digit number and it would take about 4 minutes to memorize a list of 30 random items.
